Public Safety Non-Emergency call AI Chat Bot

Assignment:

Design web portal for public safety customer to manage the AI Chat Bot.

Process:

  • Understanding Conversation Design (Training session was provided)

  • Learning industry standard tools

  • Converting technical driven design to user driven design.

Impact:

Developed new tool, something the company had not done. UX engaged with different teams; Product, Engineering, Program, Technical writers to keep focus on customer centered design methods.
